Overview

The benefits department needs software that's easy to use. Our Benefits Module makes entering data and fund management much simpler. Input data electronically - run processes with a mouse click - report information the way you want to see it.

Most benefits software packages are character-based, rigidly organized, with only one screen open at a time. With its Windows-based environment, MemberPlan accesses a wide range of information on a member on one or more screens. If more information is needed, a double mouse click 'drills down' to retrieve more detailed information.

For example, on the main member screen you can see a member's eligibility for benefits. If you need to know a member's earned hours from any period of time, it's only three mouse clicks away.

Track receipt of employer remittance as they come in.

Track hours for each member. Assess a member's benefits eligibility quickly.

When members make requests for information and want to take copies away, it's easy to print out the screen containing what they want.
